Malhotras Residence is a private residential project created for a family of five, situated on a compact site measuring 6 meters by 18 meters. The goal for this home was to craft a space that would both stand out in its neighborhood and enhance the cityscape. The focus was on designing a home that felt intimately connected to the family's lifestyle, emphasizing thoughtful design over large square footage.
